National Systems America was co-founded by 3 software professionals in 1996. Under the leadership of Seelam Reddy, Mukesh Shah, and Hari Patro, National Systems has steadily grown from a regional software company to a global organization.
Seelam Reddy is a Managing Partner at National Systems America. He earned his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Texas and a Master’s in Psychology from Osmania University in 1983. He has successfully led key areas of software organizations, including core programming, recruitment, sales, and large account management. Additionally, he dedicates a significant portion of his time to community service and charitable causes, reflecting his commitment to giving back.
Mukesh Shah is a managing partner and Senior Client Engagement Manager at National Systems America. He earned his BBA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Abilene Christian University. With over 28 years of IT experience, Mukesh excels in software development, client relations, and business development. He has also contributed to community engagement by serving on the board of the Texas State Chapter of the Indian American Friendship Council.
Hari Patro is a managing partner at National Systems America. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in 1972 and later an MBA from Kansas in 1976. With over 30 years of experience in IT as a programmer and Sybase DBA, he joined National Systems America. Hari has served as President and Trustee of IANT and as a Trustee of the DFW Hindu Temple. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in OSA and the Dallas Indian Lions Club.
